We are sad to report the passing of Dee's Message, 3, 1:57.1f ($93,644). She was 28.

Barb Lewis, her former trainer/driver, had bought her in 2013 to make sure she had a good retirement home. She had lived the last almost 10 years at Stable Creek Farm in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

Dee's Message was a 22x Winner and raced from 2-6. At 2, she was second in Ohio Fair Stakes division at Findlay and third in Ohio Fair Stakes division at Upper Sandusky. At 3, she won Ohio Sire Stakes divisions at Lebanon and Scioto Downs. She also won Ohio Fair Stakes divisions at Attica, Kenton, Mount Gilead, and Upper Sandusky. She was second in a Ohio State Fair Stakes division at Scioto Downs and Ohio Sire Stakes division at Northfield. She was third in the Ohio Breeders Stakes division at Delaware County Fair.

She was the dam of Ohio Stakes Winners, Mom's Looker, 1:58.4h ($102,397), and Triple G, 1:57.2h ($85,948).

Dee's Message was a half-sister to Intense Action, 1:59.1f ($154,763), and Swinging Action, 2:00s ($103,615).

She was a full-sister to Fun Message, 1:57.3f ($98,349), the dam of Neelys Messenger, 3, 1:54f ($446,243).

Dee's Message will be missed.

We are sad to report the passing of Body By Sam.
She was a long time boarding resident of the farm & she will be missed.

The 30 year old mare had lived 3 days past her actual birth date of May 25th. She had resided at Stable Creek Farm after retiring from breeding. She had been there for almost 15 years.
