Our monthly Men's Club Senior Dinner is more than just a meal, it's a great opportunity to socialize with other Upton seniors! Sponsored by the Upton Men's Club, the Senior Dinner hosts about 50 local residents each month at no cost to seniors. Each month, a meal from a local restaurant is featured. This month, we'll have pizza from Rosa's Villa in Milford. Volunteers from the Men's Club and local student volunteers ensure a wonderful evening for everyone. Interested in coming to the March Senior Dinner, call us at 508-529-4558 to sign up. RSVP by March 7.

Below is Tri-Valley's March Meals on Wheels menu. Please call Tri-Valley at 508-949-6640 to inquire about meal delivery. Once registered, please call Nutrition Manager, Al Vautour, at 978-907-5709 by 10 am the day before a meal is served to reserve or cancel a meal. Meals are $3 (including milk and bread). You can also inquire about delivery of lunch and/or frozen evening dinners.

Are you looking for a way to support Upton seniors? Consider joining the Friends of Upton Seniors (FUSe). The FUSe goal is to promote the dignity and independence of all seniors in Upton through various initiatives. FUSe will conduct fundraising efforts to provide financial support to the Upton Elder and Social Services (ESS) Department, ensuring the availability of age‐appropriate programming and vital resources. The ESS Department and Council on Aging are deeply grateful to the volunteers leading this effort. We look forward to collaborating with FUSe to bring high quality programs & services to our senior community.

The UCC Food Pantry is seeking donations of the following items to continue supporting Upton residents in need of food assistance. The UCC Food Pantry relies on donations from the community to keep the doors of the food pantry open to support those in need. Donations can be dropped off in the donation basket at the Upton Senior Center during business hours!

100% service-connected disabled veterans in Massachusetts—since August 8, 2024, you no longer have to pay for a Massachusetts driver’s license or vehicle registration, thanks to one of the many important provisions of the HERO Act!
If you are 100% service-connected and paid a registration or license fee at the RMV after August 8, 2024, you may be eligible for a reimbursement.
To apply, submit your VA award letter along with the attached reimbursement form to the RMV as soon as possible.
Thank you for your service, and please help spread the word to ensure all eligible veterans receive this benefit!

March your way into the Senior Center next month for some exciting events! For St. Patty's Day, we'll have Reubens from the Country Club Sooper and desserts provided by State Representative David Muradian!

We'll also have Line Dancing, Hip Hop Chair Dance and our first annual SENIOR SOIREE!!!

Nipmuc Choral Group will be here to lead us into our monthly Birthday Bash and AmeriCorps will be here to talk about their senior volunteer program. AND, we'll be hosting a tea time in celebration of International Women's Day. There's something for everyone in March, we can't wait to see you here!
