Lou and Dave’s favorite hunting season is in session. Lou is doing what he loves.

In July, we said goodbye to Libby. For the last four years, she was a part of Kasey and Sam’s family in Iowa, and saw them through a lot of big life moments.

When she wasn’t remaining steady through all of life’s changes, we could count on her for making any car ride the best car ride ever and treating every body of water like a luxury spa.

Libby was loyal until the end, and we miss her.

If you have a Libby puppy, we’d love to hear your stories and see pictures. It brings us so much joy to see how our dogs live on through other families.

Opportunities present themselves were we can invest in a program, a family or a community.

This winter, a good match appeared where we could have one of our dogs prepare to be part of an educational setting. It is a commitment by the handler to meet all the requirements to do this work. It also takes the right personality in the dog.

Kayla and Huntley have been excelling at the training. Receiving the updates of each class they pass is exciting and a reward for us. Congrats to you both.

Huntley is a puppy out of Lettie and Lou. He’s smart and good looking! We know other dogs from Riebel Family Farm are out in the community working as well.

The male puppy being called “Flag” is available for a new family. He’s picking up the skills of coming when called, sitting and being steady before eating. Flag does like to explore the yard and is using his nose on the ground. Contact us to discuss details and price.

This male puppy is being called Superman. He’s going to be more moderate in size and a dark red. He’s a people lover and wants to get attention from us.
The males have started to go to their new homes and we still have a few left. Reach out to us for more information.

This male is going to have a blocky head and average around 85 pounds. His personality is coming out as curious with an ability to use his nose. Contact us through messenger for more information.

This little male is currently known as “Lumberjack.” His personality stands out as being curious but calm.
There’s a few males ready to find new homes in the Mn litter. They are eight weeks of age and growing well.

The final male from the Iowa litter is getting a lot of exposure and new experiences this week up north on vacation with us. Lots of dock time, socializing at the town festival, and napping hard after swimming in the lake. We’re still looking to find a good home for him, and he’s available for pickup while we are here!

We are still looking to find a good match for the final male of the Iowa litter. He’s been getting a lot of individual attention this week, and has been bullying the chickens. Lots of drive, curiosity, and friendliness in this guy. He is ready to go to a new home as soon as we find the right match for him. Please reach out to us for more details.

They are exploring the yard and have the beginning steps of potty training. Pups that are handled well and given early training pick up on skills quickly.

We have one final male left in the Iowa litter. He is very light in color, and has one of the more curious and independent personalities of this litter. He’ll be getting some great socialization and one on one time this week.

Puppies had a busy week with vaccinations, microchips, worming and their vet check.

The Mn puppies are growing well. They had their vet check on Tuesday, are eating solids and being very playful.
Males are available to new homes at the end of July.

All puppies received vaccinations this week and we started home visits for families to pick out their puppies! Personalities are really starting to show, and we’ve been observing behaviors to help your family find the right fit for your lifestyle. One male and two females left in this litter, ready for homes in a week, please direct message us if you’d like more details.

The Iowa litter is growing rapidly now that they’re eating solids. They’re getting plenty of attention and exposure to new experiences, and showing us their personalities. Vet checks returned clear and all pups are healthy. Males and females are still available and will be ready for new homes at the end of July.

Maggie’s litter is starting to spend some time out in the yard everyday. The consistency in their red color is impressive.

Both parents of our pups get out in the field hunting with us each fall. We’d love to see some of these pups turn into hunting dogs themselves in the future. Hoping the bird doggin’ starts early with a couple pigeon wings. Both males and females are still available.

Filled up the kiddie pool for the big dogs to stay cool today, and some curious puppies were interested in water introduction. No complaints from them on a hot Iowa day.
