BARC office is open M-F 10-3 for spay/neuter voucher distribution and adoptions!
127 South Camp BARC also has pets available for adoption.

BARC provides low cost spay/neuter coupons to the community to help make altering pets more affordable. All pets have received a full health screen, vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Pen 2- female, 53lbs, 1-2yrs, friendly and sweet, enjoys affection, 7/10 on leash, some pulling and strong!, dog tested well, wants to play!, beautiful girl, happy smile, moderate energy.

Pen 7- male, 107-110lbs, 2-3 yrs, big boy!!, sweet chili dude, 7/10 on leash, doesn’t pull much which is good for his size, dog tested well with pen 13 adult female, also didn’t mind getting bear hugged by our volunteer, friendly giant.

Pen 13- momma, 4-5 yrs, 63lbs, sweet as can be, doesn’t mind us interacting with her baby, very friendly, 7/10 on leash, hardly any pulling, dog tested great!, a very good momma! HW negative.

Pen 13 pup-male, 4lbs, approx 7-8wks old. Must stay with mom!

CKC: Litter of 4 kittens. 3 female & 1 male, approx 4wks old. Rescue only!

Pen 14- male, 5.8 lbs, 9-10 weeks,
Pen 14- female, 4.12 lbs, 9-10 weeks,
super sweet little babies, little scared, need some lovings and they’ll be so happy. SAFE!

Pen 1- male, 48lbs, 2-3 yrs, very friendly!, cute smile!, enjoys affection, 6/10 on leash, but definitely still knows what it is, dog tested well, wants to play!, beautiful boy!.

Pen 10- female, 45 lbs, 2-3 yrs, she’s is looking SO much better now, arrived severely emaciated, she’s so pretty!, she is so so sweet and loving, super excited to get out of the kennel!, 7/10 on leash, knows what it is, pulling some from excitement, dog tested well, she didn’t mind pen 4 at all.

Pen 11- female, 10-12weeks, 11.5 lbs, very friendly!, wants to play, cute as can be!

Pen 9- male, 16, 1-2 yrs, very sweet and friendly, excited to come out of the kennel, 8/10 on leash, definitely knows what it is and walks well, dog tested great!, not super playful but didn’t mind pen 4 at all,
Medical: skin infection or allergies?, puffy eyes.
SAFE!

Pen 4- female, ≈32lbs, 9-12months, the absolute sweetest girl 😭, LOVES affection, 7/10 on leash, not scared of it and needs practice, but not bad at all, dog tested so well, just wants to play and love others, such a good girl.

Pen 2- female, 1-2 yrs, 41lbs, the absolute SWEETEST girl, happy smile, loves affection, 7/10 on leash, some pulling but isn’t scare of it, easy to handle, dog tested well, a little nervous.

Pen 3- male, 2-3 yrs, 43lbs, very friendly, definitely husky personality, vocal and active, 5/10 on leash, not scared of it, just pulls, dog tested well, however is trying to jump on others, so just be mindful when introducing him, otherwise seems like a good fluffy boy

Pen 8- male, 3-4yrs, 60lbs, very very sweet boy!, doesn’t mind peoples affection, 6/10 on leash, isn’t scared but lots of pulling, dog tested well, deserves a chance!

Pen 12-male, 3-4months, 24lbs, sweet baby!

Pen 13-male, 6-7 months, 38lbs, timid but sweet, a little shy coming out of the kennel, but friendly, no fear biting or anything, 6/10 on leash, definitely knows some but nervous about walking, dog tested well. Safe!

Pen 15- female, 6-7 months, 31lbs, shy at first, once she was outside and meeting others she opened up a lot, very playful, 5/10 on leash, a little scared of it, some pulling, dog tested very well!

Pen 17-male, 3-4 years, 18lbs, goofy little guy, very flinchy/hesitant, but otherwise people friendly, 6/10 on leash, dog test went okay, he didn’t really want to meet the others, but showed no aggression. Safe!

Our mobile spay day for August is this Friday and we couldn’t host these without the communities support.

The employees of the probation department are big supporters of our efforts and pitched in together to sponsor August. In addition many have adopted from us and even foster!

Happy National Black Cat Appreciation Day!

✨🐈‍⬛ Meet Felix ✨🐈‍⬛

Felix is about 5-6 months and weighs about 3lbs. He is very affectionate and playful! He gets along with other kitties and enjoys meeting new people.
His adoption fee is only $75! That includes all his age appropriate vaccines and neuter!

Pen 4- male, 47 lbs, 2-3 yrs, very friendly!, wiggle butt!, 7/10 on leash, some knowledge but pulling from excitement, dog tested well, wants to play, happy boy!

Pen 7- male, 60lbs, 2-3 years, very sweet and friendly, 7/10 on leash, some pulling from excitement but relatively easy to handle considering his size and strength, sits on command, dog tested well, lots of sniffing, beautiful doggy.

Pen 14- male, 1-3 yrs, 65+lbs, very very skittish, nervous coming out of the kennel and outside, while trying to get the slip lead on him he would use his paw to gently keep me from putting it on him, once it was on he was okay, didn’t try to take it off, while outside he would flinch when we tried to touch him, however he never growled, just very unsure about everything, dog tested okay, again nervous but wasn’t aggressive, he had his tail tucked all the way up until he met teddy, where we did see some tail wagging.

Pen 8- male, 19.4lbs, 6 months
Pen 8- female, 22lbs, 6months
Sweet pups, arrived shy but are now so happy and excited. Need to learn a leash, absorbable stub tails.
