We will be in touch today & tomorrow in regards to appointment confirmation, and those on our waitlist. If your pet(s) have an appointment booked with us and your plans have changed, please reach out and let us know so we can contact those on our waitlist that are needing a place for their pup to stay.

At Country Tails Bed & Biscuit, your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are our top priorities. As we grow and welcome even more furry friends, we’ve made some adjustments to our policies to ensure the best care possible for every pet.

✨Policy on Personal Items:
We ask that personal items such as bedding be left at home to maintain a clean, organized environment. With the volume of dogs in our care, washing individual bedding has become challenging and cleanliness is a top priority.
Rest assured, our beds and blankets will provide comfort and familiarity to all clients!

🐾What We Provide for Your Dog’s Comfort:
• Kuranda Beds & House Blankets: Every dog will have a cozy Kuranda bed and house blanket to ensure their comfort throughout their stay.
• Food and Water Bowls: Clean, sanitized bowls are provided for each meal.
• Toys, Treats, and Enrichment Items (Note: These are available to keep your dog entertained and mentally stimulated.)

🐾What to Bring:
• Food: Please bring your dog’s food in a clearly labeled container to help us maintain their diet.
• Medications: Bring any necessary medications with detailed instructions for administration.

✨Special Circumstances:
We understand that some dogs may require special accommodations. Service dogs, elderly or disabled dogs, and working K9s (such as police dogs) may bring specific items necessary for their comfort and well-being. Please contact us in advance to discuss any special needs.

✨Why These Changes?
Our environment is fast-paced, and these adjustments help us stay organized while ensuring every dog receives the attention and care it needs and deserves. With fewer personal items to manage, we can focus more on giving your pet the love and care it deserves.

🐾Policy Enforcement Date
This policy will be strictly and fully enforced beginning November 18,2024.
