I might be the only person in this country, drowning in eggs right now. Not chicken eggs, but these giant behemoth emu eggs. They are from my unmatched females, so they are unfertilized. I have been making all kinds of recipes. Any ideas for more? So far I have made many batches of fresh pasta and German pancakes.
