🐾 4th of July Pet Safety Reminder! 🐾

Fireworks, loud parties, and summer fun can be stressful — and even dangerous — for our furry friends. Here are a few tips to keep your pets safe this Independence Day:

🎆 Keep pets indoors during fireworks
🔒 Make sure collars and ID tags are secure
🎶 Use white noise or calming music to ease anxiety
🍔 Watch out for harmful foods like chocolate, grapes, and alcohol
🔥 Keep pets away from sparklers, grills, and citronella candles

Ok but really...does it get any sweeter than this?! This new litter of puppies came in to see us for their first exams and booster vaccines. The puppies' mom is a long time client of ours, since she was a puppy herself - how cool that we get to see her through this stage of her life as well! Do you need puppy snuggles in your life? Today, we pause to remember and honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Memorial Day is not just about barbecues and long weekends — it’s a day of reflection, gratitude, and respect.

Okay Okay, we know we say its not ALWAYS puppies and rainbows at our clinic. But some days it is and we were fortunate enough to have these cuties in for their FIRST PUPPY VISITS! We gave Drax and Nicki full comprehensive exams to ensure they are healthy and growing, dewormed them to ensure they are clear of all parasites common to puppies, vaccinated them and trimmed their nails. They are also so lucky to have a rockstar dog mom who is already brushing their teeth to stay on top of their dental health! We can't wait to watch these kiddos grow. That moment when you scratch the itch you cant reach 😍This sweet girl is Remy and she came to see us with some spring time itches! We were able to swab her ears, examine the debris under the microscope and send her with some medication to help get her itching under control so she can go on enjoying this spring weather with her mom. You cant argue with that smile! We cant wait to see her next time she comes in!
