Looking forward to next year when SpecialKindofNite,"Vegas" ,enters training as a 2 year old.. It's been a very long time since I have taken a young horse forward. For many reasons, both emotionally and financially, I was not ready. Now I am ready for some fun!

Vegas is a 2020 Bay Stallion by Gunners Special Nite and he is indeed a very special horse.

This year I had no foals born.. 2020 was the first year in over 20 years that we did not breed our mares.. I really missed the foals. So this year I am at it again.. This is the result of our 2021 breeding season. We have one more mare to settle this month as an exception to my June 30 cut off date! Thank you to Kate Joos who has been my breeding vet for many years! She always does a spectacular job! And also a thank you to Rhonda Lacroix for all the breeding blessings this year! Finally both breeding barns were excellent to work with. I can't say enough about the quality service I received.

Sparkling Guns, "Rexy", is now 3 months in foal to Dun It For Whizkey! She is an own daughter of Colonels Smoking Gun, "Gunner", out of a Shining Spark daughter. The pedigree on this foal will be stellar! A big thank you to Kate Joos and Cardinal Ranch for making this all possible!

Candy Tru Luck is a gorgeous athletic son of Roosters Tru Luck! Roosters Tru Luck was out of my breeding program and has always had a special place in my heart. Roosters Tru Luck is pictured at the 2003 NRHA Futurity where he placed in the top 10 of the open. He was ridden by Thiago Boechat. I will never forget that run. Roosters Tru Luck went on to be a successful sire in Brazil.
