ATTENTION: IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR TTSPC
Dear Clients and Friends,
As all of you know, I have had HUGE success with this business that I started only a few short years ago. First I want to say MANY MANY thanks and love for all of you who have referred me to someone, used me faithfully and most importantly stuck by me and treated me like family since day one! All of you know who you are and I want to take the opportunity to say that I could NEVER thank you enough... truly and deeply from the bottom of my heart. Without YOU, none of my success would have been possible. I love what I do and your pets mean sooooooo much to me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them... but I know that shows! 😍
That being said, I am only 1 human. I can only be stretched so thin and see so many pets in a single day. Due to the overwhelming demand of my services, I have had trouble keeping up with both my personal and work life. I wish I could help all the pets and their families out there but let's be real, it's not possible.
**Because of this I will no longer be taking any new clients at this time. As well as my overnight services being dialed back for current clients.**
Meaning- PLEASE, please find yourself a backup overnight sitter or two to lean on for your overnight care needs.
I am always happy to have first "dibs" on jobs but I will not be saying yes to as much as I have in the past. As much as I truly love my overnight stays, it takes ALOT of time away from my own pets and home life. Don't let this worry those of you who have stays scheduled, as I will still be doing ALL overnights that are already on my books!
** Along with these changes, I will now be requiring a non refundable deposit to put you on my schedule for future stay dates.**
Recently I have been burned with a lot of cancelations... especially, I've found; during the busiest weeks of the year. I will put down a client that is absolutely certain they need me and due to this, turn down others who inquire about the same dates only for the "certain they need me" clients to cancel mere days before the stay is supposed to be... This is my living people. That being said, I hold no hard feelings but obviously need to go forward with a new approach. This deposit will go towards your final bill if all goes according to plan but if a cancelation happens within 14 days of the stay, I will keep the deposit. I apologize to all my faithful clients who have never done me dirty but at the same time this should not effect you!

** I will still be doing my 30-60 minute visits/walks as normal along with all grooming services! This includes my mobile toe nail trim services**
