(Valid for new bookings) We recommend working with your dogs outside of dog parks to really build on distractions. It’s extremely helpful for dogs who are reactive on the leash as they can see the dogs but dogs won’t be in their faces! ✨🐾

Birdie has only had one lesson and at that lesson we worked on her focus amongst other things and something that seems so simple might’ve been what saved her life in this scary scenario! If you don’t have your dogs attention you really can’t expect them to listen! Her mom had clearly been doing her homework and that’s truly why Birdie responded the way she did. Her mom did the right thing in this situation since Birdie has not yet worked on her recall. Way to go Birdie and Lindsay! Birdie rocked her first one on one lesson! We introduced the e-collar by teaching her she turns the collar on and she turns the collar off through loose leash walking. The e-collar should be a positive thing and never used as a form of punishment but rather to give our dogs freedom! ⭐️ We also introduced her to place and taught her to look to us when we say her name, her reward marker and her release word! Arlo’s new nickname is “daddy long legs” he doesn’t fit on this bed very well, ideally your dog should have all four feet on the object they’re placing on! While your dog places they can have a toy, you can love on them/pet them and they can have treats/bones etc. Place isn’t a punishment for your dog it greatly helps them build on their impulse control and get the mental stimulation they truly need!
