Photos from the Cool Critters DTCT NADAC agility trial are up. It was great seeing everyone. It was a wonderful trial and Ileana Megias Nadal was greatly missed.

The upcoming Cool Critters NADAC trial scheduled for August 19&20 at Dog Training Club of Tampa will still be held in Ileana’s honor. Her team has rallied and is currently getting everything coordinated.

We have had many offers of help, which we greatly appreciate. We will be contacting those who have offered to help as well as those who have already sent in entries very soon. Thank you for your patience as we all work through this sad time.

Friends of Ileana Megias Nadal

There will be a celebration of her life, in the best way her family could find to represent her, this Thursday evening (8/10) from 7-10 pm in the pole barn at her house.

The agility field will be open, so please come in your favorite Cool Critters t-shirts or your favorite agility trial outfits, and bring your agility dogs to play at Cool Critters one more time. 💜

Finally, the upcoming NADAC trial to be held August 19&20 at Dog Training Club of Tampa — Ileana believed that many hands made less work. Her team has rallied and we will still be holding the trial. We have a lot to do and we have had so many offers for help, thank you.

The core group of her regular volunteers needs to coordinate first. We will get in touch with those who have offered to help as well as those who have already sent in entries very soon. Thank you for your patience as we all work through this sad time.

Due to Ileana’s untimely passing, all classes are canceled. Her family requests your understanding and allow them time to mourn. They will get in contact with current students once they have been able to fully review her business files.

We had two awesome Cool Critters at the Rally trial this weekend! Smooth Collie Mystic and Carol Hillis earned the Advanced Rally title with a perfect score and three placements. My Cavalier Phoenix earned two Double Qualifying scores for his Advanced Excellent title with placements and very creative performance 😂

All my dog portraits are special but occasionally I get to do a portrait of a dog that I was very close to. Oliver was Debi and Don White’s beloved Boxer. I evaluated him as a puppy and helped them pick him out. He was an exceptional and loving companion. We all adored Oliver and hold him in our hearts forever ♥️
