I have a few openings this week! It’s is crucial if you have longer hair on your babies to get them into the groomers after this mess to get atleast bath and blow out to prevent matting and moisturize their skin!!!

The only appointments for large breeds I have are Monday at 8 am, Tuesday at 8 am and Wednesday at 12pm

Online bookers, it will give you a price on there.. I do not have it set up to take payments as I use the square for processing. Savvy pet spa I only use for appointments and to have all of your pups info and your contact information. 🙂 sorry if that has confused anyone!!

I have 12pm opening Friday the 3rd for a large or two small babies!

Starting today January 1st 2025 I will be implementing new policies. I will be strictly enforcing. I will also have a copy in the salon.

1.) I do not go by the weight or size of the dog. I go by the time it takes to do the job.

2.) If you miss an appointment or reschedule and there is matting when you come back in, there will be an up charge as this takes more time to do. (This puts me behind)

3.) If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be rescheduled. I have a tight schedule and it puts me behind. If you choose to reschedule you will have to take the next available as I can’t do work ins.

4.) If you no show or same day cancellation it will be half the price of your groom. No exceptions. If you do this I can’t fill the spot and I lose income. You wouldn’t like it if your job didn’t pay you.

5.) I do get behind and will let you know at drop off that I’m running behind. This is out of my control as I’m working on live animals and things can be unpredictable. I ask you please be patient and do not come in to check when they will be done. I will immediately let you know through text or call. I have a sign on the door that states do not come in unless you have been notified.

6.) The salon phone stays at the salon unless bad weather is expected. If bad weather arises and you can’t make it in I will reschedule you with the first available. There will be no fee for this as the weather is out of our control.

7.) There are 3 of us groomers in the same building. (We are our own separate business) We have our own clients and do not groom each others dogs.

8.) Please have your dog on a leash (keep it on them) and do not turn them loose in our lobby area.
