Today after so many supporting hands, donations and a woman (Tina)that helped me reach the right person Joia is finally with her new mom. Here she is after spending time with a groomer (CBD on board because she is just fearful of everything) Her new mom built a brand new house in Gulf Hills. She is pictured later sleeping after I left. Lots of team work made this happen. Her new Uncle was talking about bacon for breakfast while I was there. Sometimes as girl just needs bacon for breakfast. 😂🖤

February is Mika’s birthday month. She will be having a party with ice cream and birthday cookie for all the fur puppers. 🖤🦖🐾🧁

Everyone say hello to Rea. She is one of the residence at Stewie’s Place. Due to having hip dysplasia she has to watch her girlish figure and so she is on slim girl food as you were able to see in a previous post as well as this brand of green beans without salt added. She doesn’t need anything extra added. She’s perfect as is.

I also pick up apples, navel oranges, baby carrots as well as bananas for this crew. I do not get them strawberries because I want to live. If you know of anything else they can have and wish to donate it we would love to accept it. We have lots of fur babies here.

NO STRAWBERRIES! Please.

As you can see she’s a character from some of the photos I have been able to snap from her when she wasn’t paying attention. She is a sweet girl.

Everyone that has met her seems to love her and she loves them. Some more than others. 😁

Everyone say a HUGE HELLO to Hollywood. She is one of the large breed animals that visits with us everyday. Her owner is a beautiful young lady by the name of Savanah and her parents are Megan and Charlie. Everyday they pop over to see to her needs. Today she is sporting a blanket but I was not able to get a photo of her in her beautiful colours. I have been very busy with other things today my sign guy Frank made an appearance and will return in about 2 weeks. My assistant Magan was also here. Amazing things are happening in Stewie’s Place. Just wait and see. Big plans are happening long term. We just need more help. I just wanted you to see one of our friends. I will post a video after this because FB said no I can’t do both. 🙄😒 Anywho, thank you for checking out our friend. 🖤🦖🐾🐴🏇

What’s on my mind? It’s hard to post things. That’s what’s on my ever loving mind. I lose pictures, video and I think part of my mind is in here some place. 🙀🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s almost 2 am and Mika is in a mood. I have given her a treat and put her to her bed and yet here she is fussing. She is the oldest fur baby here. Her birthday is February 27 and she will be 16… I think. As I said it’s almost 2 am and she isn’t letting me sleep.

Mika has osteoarthritis and Cushing’s she is on medication for these in a few weeks she will go in for a full work up. I want to see if her medications are still working for her or if she needs an increase. 

Most of the time she sleeps. She usually doesn’t when we have a bad storm coming, she thinks she needs treats or she is just in a terrible mood.

Recently, she has been wanting more fruit. If you know anything about Mika she is a food snob. I have cut up apples, peeled oranges and given her pineapple and she has begged for me. She doesn’t grasp that she has to eat these things in moderation.

She is on a weight loss dog food that I get from the vet. It is a perscription. Because of her condition we have to help her maintain her weight. She isn’t happy about this in any way at all.

That’s our posting from Stewie’s Place for now. I will be sharing photos of the snacks that are acceptable here as well as a dog food I occasionally pickup when Chewy is held up.

Here is our news of the day. So far, 2022 is going very well. Nixxie is still insane but that’s ok I have a plan for her. Here it is:

February 7, 2022 she goes into Fur Baby’s veterinary Hospital and has her spay. 10 days later she has her stitches out.
Step 2. Set up transport to Rhode Island. You may be asking yourself why would I send Nixxie away? This is a sanctuary.  Nixxie is a companion dog. She needs one on one attention all of the time. Because we are constantly working on something around here she didn’t getting that. Robert Russell has spoken to the property management for his apartment and they have agreed to allow Nixxie to go up. With the help of friends she will take transports up. I love my network of friends.
Step 3. Say goodbye to Nixxie for now. I am hoping by doing these things she will eventually come off of her Prozac.
She is nuts. Lovable but insane. 🖤🦖
