Due to the winter weather and unsafe travel conditions, Hollymead Veterinary Hospital will be closed today, January 6th. The safety of our team and clients is our top priority; please stay safe and warm.

We will update our page and website on our reopening plans as the weather improves.

It was a busy year in 2024! We were able to help so many families and their four legged (sometimes 3 legged) friends! We are excited to see what the new year brings!🐶🐱

It’s hard to believe that 2024 is gone!
A lot has happened over the past year. In 2024, we officially changed our name from VETSS to Hollymead Veterinary Hospital and are excited to continue to provide the best vet care in the Charlottesville area!

Bruce decided to go on an adventure with out telling his humans and came back with some hurt toe beans! But don't worry Bruce, you will be good as new in no time!

Join us on December 7th to get your pet's picture taken with Santa!

Santa will be at our hospital from 2pm-4pm to pose with your pet. No need to schedule a session.

For everyone's safety, we ask that pets are secured in a carrier or on a leash while waiting their turn.

Donations will support the Good Sam Fund, which provides financial assistance to pet owners when their pet is experiencing a critical medical condition.
