RECALL ALERT - The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) is alerting pet owners that samples of Northwest Naturals brand 2lb Turkey Recipe raw & frozen pet food tested positive for a H5N1 strain of the Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) virus.
Northwest Naturals, a Portland, Oregon-based company, is voluntarily recalling its Northwest Naturals brand 2lb Feline Turkey Recipe raw & frozen pet food. The recalled product is packaged in 2-pound plastic bags with “Best if used by” dates of 05/21/26 B10 and 06/23/2026 B1. The product was sold nationwide through distributors in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, MN, PA, RI and WA in the United States, and British Columbia in Canada. Keane and his little sister Cassidy have made it a holiday tradition to go visit Santa 🎅. This year both kiddos have special request for Santa Paws...

This year Keane asked Santa if there was ANY possible way to make him younger and/or rid of his cancer. For Cassidy she asked Santa to ban all squeaky toys as it annoys her when her big brother plays with them!

This Holiday Season we have a Furry Friends Giving Tree Fundraiser in our lobby. This giving tree is a truly worthwhile fundraiser for getting Furry Friends all stocked up on supplies for the cats and kitten in their care around the holiday season! If you would like to help us raise supplies or adopt a special cat from our tree please come in and say Hi. We are very hopeful that we can fill the donation bin and or adopt out a few of these adorable cats! Furry Friends Washington ❤️🎅🐈

Tuesday's cuteness overload!
In the first picture-clockwise from the top and around like a cinnamon roll, it's Lisa, Marge, Homer, Smithers, and Bart, yes you read it right, the Simpson's gang!
These 5 were rescued in 2019 from a hoarding situation in Utah. Now these spoiled babies live here and have been seeing RMAH since the late summer of 2022. Some would say they were a little shy at the beginning but over the past two years these kitties have warmed up to us and continue to trust our cat whispering ways!
