I don’t post it often but another passion of mine is task training, having a dog so in tune with you that they can be taught to assist in certain situations. I have bad asthma so today I decided to try and get my boy Drogo to show an interest in my inhaler so I can start teaching him to go get it if I need it…first day trying and look at this champ 😍😍😍

So beyond proud of this boy and his mom!!! Walking directly next to a brand new stranger, someone he never ever met before ❤️❤️❤️ and not having a care in the world 😍😍 good boy Doobie!!!
When entering his house today he offered a wonderful friendly tail wag instead of his usually greeting of charging growling 😍😍😍

Luca also gets a A+ report card for yesterday! He was just perfect! Stayed super focused without trying to pull to see everyone walking by and he even sat and waited until he was told he could say hi to someone that was asking ❤️❤️ so proud of this young boy!!

I’m so incredibly proud of how much he is trying to be the best boy! His attention span is growing nicely and he’s learning to stay more focused on his handler then everything else around him ❤️❤️

Do you have a big dog? One that is too big for Kings and all the other enrichment toys? Here’s an idea grab one of those medal slow feeder bowls and put all the goodies you want in them then freeze it ( things I like to add are canned pumpkin Coconut Oil Peanut Butter Berries Collagen sticks Broths kibble and canned food…typically I put there multivitamins Probiotics and joint supports in there as well.
A kong will only hold a spoonful of wet food and one cup of kibble which definitely isn’t a meal for the size dogs I have. These bowls can hold there whole meal

Cleo worked on her social skills yesterday, her confidence with other puppers is getting SO good! Playing with other dogs also gave us the perfect distraction to work recall. She also did some more bed stay work. She’s such a fun smart girl!!

Young Cleo can be a bit unsure meeting new dogs and I doubt she’s ever met one as big as mister Drogo, she did fantastic with him ❤️❤️

Baby Rhett learning lay down and that mom is more interesting then all the commotion around ❤️❤️ he’s such a smart puppy!!

Maui says this place is cool!!

We focused on loose leash walking today! Maui rocked it ❤️

Canine enrichment doesn’t have to be expensive!! Here are my three boys enjoying searching for their food in the all natural snuffle mats ( a nice patch of grass ) How about for your pooches next meal you try scattering it in the grass and see how he/she enjoys sniffing it out! If you give this a try be sure to let us know what your pup thinks ❤️❤️❤️

This may not look like a lot to many of you but what you can’t see by just watching this is that this is the first time these two males played together and both are a year old ( Ruger I believe is either just turning a year old or is just about to and Drogo is 14 months old ) and both are intact and both are dominant breeds prone to same sex aggression ( Ruger is Bully mixed with Corso ) they had a blast!! ❤️❤️

Dog days are the best days ❤️❤️ I’m so beyond proud of this group of pups!! Each and everyone of them has made leaps and bounds of progress! They have the most amazing families that are not only willing but eager to put in the work! I truly love my job ❤️❤️ Staring Ruger, Otis, Decimus, Drogo, Penny, Vader, Maui, and Mako

Ruger had his first day training today ❤️ he was a bit unsure at first but opened up and had a blast! Excited to keep working with this young handsome pup. We worked on automatic sits when we stop, offering engagement, bed stay plus I played with his paws desensitizing for nail trims

When you work on “with me” so much that when you offer free time they prefer to stay with you 😍😍 Staring Mako ❤️❤️

Miss Hippa having a blast boarding this weekend! She got to hang out with her pal resident dog Dixon and play lots of fetch and she even got to go help assist with a Obedience training lesson! ❤️❤️ Hippa’s the best girl!!
