We’ve been having issues with the software company that handles our vaccine reminders not syncing with our computers. The company said they fixed it last night so should be resolved moving forward, but if you got a text/email saying your pet is overdue for a vaccine in the last 2 days it is likely incorrect! You can call our office to confirm your pet is up to date, or log into your pets ePetHealth profile to view vaccination dates. So sorry for the inconvenience! 🐾

COVID update: multiple staff members are still testing positive so we are running with very short staff still. So that we can focus on sick, injured, and critical pets we will not offer Run in Backs until next week. We also will be rescheduling elective procedures so that our staff and resources can be available to the pets that really, really need it.

*if your pet is being treated for a pre-existing illness or injury that requires a Run in Back visit, we can still see you! There may be a longer wait than normal but we’re still able to do SQ fluids, wrap changes, drain tube removals, etc for established cases.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We unfortunately have had over half of our staff test positive for COVID this weekend. In order to keep our remaining staff members and clients safe, we will be operating at limited capacity this week. Here are a few changes to our protocols:

•Masks will be required for all in person exams. If you are unable or do not want to wear a mask during your pets appointment, we are happy to proceed with a Curbside Exam or reschedule.

•We will be rescheduling all elective procedures and visits in order to have capacity for urgent care such as sick or injured pets, emergencies, etc. If your pet has a routine visit or elective surgery, we will be contacting you to reschedule.

•We will not be offering Run in Backs until Thursday at the earliest. Since we will have less than half our staff working, they will need to be caring for sick and injured pets so we unfortunately will not have the staffing to accommodate nail trims, a**l glands, vaccines, etc.

We REALLY appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we navigate this and get back to a healthy, full staff! ♥️

Effective immediately we will charge a No Call, No Show fee for missed appointments. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 HOURS in advance so that another sick or injured pet can be seen! 🐾

We understand that delays can happen, however if you are late you may have extended wait times as we likely moved onto another pet who needed our care. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your pets exam, we will have to reschedule.
