Thanks for the review, Kavik! Kavik belongs to one of our co-managers, Marie. He got a dental procedure done yesterday with Dr. Moore. While he had to have some teeth extracted, he is feeling comfortable afterwards and is already back to eating. He can't have his hard kibble at this time for his gums to heal, but he doesn't mind the home cooked meals his mom has prepared for him. π₯°

CSR Appreciation Week!
We are celebrating Client Service Representative Week!
We have an amazing team of individuals that make up our receptionist team. These are the women who are at the front lines of our hospital, and often the first and last people you see here.
We cannot say thank you enough for the hard work they do every day. They all genuinely care for our clients and their beloved pets.
We wouldn't be here without you guys! β€

Sid was all ready for his follow up puppy visit today with Dr. Nanda. Peanut butter beard and all! This might be too much cuteness for a Tuesday!
We made some time for fun today during our monthly staff meeting with gingerbread house decorating! It was fun seeing all the creations made with a 20 minute limit. Look at the creativity! Every team had their own method of structure building and decorating which was fun to see.

July is Lost Pet Prevention Month!
Shelters and rescues have an influx of stray pets enter their facilities in July, many of whom have run off during fireworks or storms. Ensure your pet is reunited with you, with a microchip. Unlike collars, this is a permanent identification that cannot fall off of your pet. It is important to keep your contact information up to date with your microchip company. Call us today at 715-848-5326 today for more information!

We have made the difficult decision to close today due to the inclement weather in the area. It is important to us that our team and our clients remain safe.
Thank you for understanding, and please be careful if you need to travel today. We plan to open tomorrow, Saturday December 24th at 8am.
Did you know that our team is Fear Free β Certified? We care about the well-being of your pet and want to provide positive experiences. Sometimes this means that we will recommend medication(s) that will help with anxiety so that we can help to provide more Fear Free visits at the hospital. If medically allowed, we will offer treats during their visit as well.
Weβre so proud of our Associates, who work so hard to care for your pets, and take care of the future of veterinary medicine every day. Thank you for being part of our story.
