With the colder weather and shorter days, it’s harder to get those walks in. We are going to share ideas on how to get some of that physical and mental energy out, starting with an obstacle course. You don’t need to purchase anything or need much space. We would love to see what you can create too! Send videos to us at 360-737-7439 or [email protected].
The most common question people ask about board and train is “what happens when our dog comes home?” Well, we spend time transferring the information and skills to you PLUS we include follow ups. Even better, we do monthly outings. These outings provide a judgment free zone and help from the trainers to fine tune things. Santa is a very recent graduate. His owners are about to move back to Japan and had very specific goals, based on what their living situation will be. One goal was to be able to use the bathroom in a specific area inside the home. In this clip, we are working on down stay to recall. This can be tricky for a lot of owners to do. Taylor points out the signs of his collar being too high, for this particular activity and environment.

Today is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day -
Working in the pet care industry - this is one of the hardest parts. We get to know and love every one of the dogs we work with like family. During their time with us, especially pups we have see grow up over the years, we develop unique relationships and bonds with them. It truly never gets easier when it’s time to say goodbye.
Thank you for allowing us to love your best friends. If you have a dog who has crossed the rainbow bridge, know we think of them often. We talk about the memories they made here, and recount the fun we had with them. These photos are just a few of many of the dogs we have known and loved that have crossed the rainbow bridge - we know they’re playing with their friends from daycare on the other side ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜
We just wanted to take a moment to say - what a badass team! Momma showed up, with baby, to work with Mondo at our pack walk yesterday.
Mondo’s reactivity was a leading factor in their decision to put him through Board & Train. After training, with consistency from the family, Mondo has had incredible growth.
It’s not always easy to show up and do the work - so huge props to Mihkayla for showing up with Mondo and baby, and making it work! That’s dedication, and it shows in Mondo’s growth and change in behavior.
One of the most important parts of training is the follow through after, and we are here to support you every step of the way and provide opportunities to do so.
