We have unexpectedly lost power. We were informed we were NOT in the power shut off zone for today's scheduled power outage but apparently that was not the case. I have sent out a message to all of our appointments for this afternoon and evening to get you guys switched over to a different day (except a 4pm nail trim, I did not have your number written down. I am so sorry if you are able to see this!) If you have a appointment for today and for some reason did not receive a text from me please call/text me. We are SO SORRY for the inconvenience!!!

This sweet puppy was dropped off at my Brother and Sister in laws training facility today. They know no information about it but they are not able to keep him. If you need a cute puppy ij your life send me a message and I will give you their contact info. Located in Curryville.

Hey guys! I do not accept online appointment booking through Facebook. I have always had it turned off on my end and can not see a option for it when I look at the page but I have had appointment requests sent through Facebook the last couple months. I accept appointment bookings through message, text or call! Thanks everyone!

Hey guys!!

We are full swing into our busy season. We are currently booked two weeks out so if you need a June appointment I would get those booked now. I wanted to throw out a few reminders to keep us running smoothly....

- I send out appointment reminders the day before all appointments, in that reminder I have our business hours for your appointment day. Please pay attention to these hours! We are typically open from 9am-3pm with one day being 9am-7pm. We have kids, and other obligations that we need to be on time for so it is very important to pick your dogs up by the time we close. If we are running behind I will text you to let you know that.

- Everyone has been wonderful with canceling before the 48 hour mark and showing up to scheduled appointments. Just a reminder on our policy, all cancelations need to be made 48 hours before appointment or there is a 50% cancelation fee. All no shows are required to pay 100% of missed appointment price.

- We do not groom dogs with fleas. Please keep your dog on tick and flea prevention. If we find fleas mid groom there is a $20 flea charge.

- Please wait for us to text you that your dog is ready and can be picked up. I try and give everyone a estimated time of completion but we are working with live animals so things may take a bit longer on some days. If you come in before your dog is finished and they freak out on the table from being excited to see you we can not finish the groom. If you are wanted a ETA on completion please send us a text or call.

- Last thing, I have been going with the flow on this for the last 5 years but I feel like it's time to address the issue 🤣. My name is Maci (May-See), there is no R. I have been called "Marcie" my whole life for some reason. I'm not sure where everyone gets a R from but the R is silent. I love you all who call me Marcie but I just wanted to clear up all the rumors. My name is indeed Maci 🤣🤣
