***ATTENTION CLIENTS***
A mass email was sent out but we also wanted to let everyone know here as well.
Our main phone line (ending in 4350) is failing us. When calling in - the phone *may* let us answer but then shortly disconnect us without warning. We unfortunately have ZERO control over it and have been dealing with Verizon constantly.
If you need to reach us - please try calling 804-795-4351 first. Its our second line and so far has no issues.
Unfortunately, due to us not being able to "turn off" line one - if we are on with another caller on line 2, you will be rolled over to line one automatically. We will answer & if the phone disconnects, we will call you back ASAP once line 2 is available to avoid another disconnect.
We apologize profusely about this and are trying our best to manage it while still dealing with Verizon.
