**Attention to Our Clients**

We have will be having some unexpected computer work done on this Thursday 8/15/24 from 8am-12pm (roughly).
This is an ESTIMATE of time frame from our computer services people and hope to back up and running by 12:30/1pm.

We are asking to bear with us during this time and if able, please come after 1pm to pick up any medications or food items. Our phones will be working fine - just a loss of computer access.

We are experiencing some computer glitches and slow downs currently, so we apologize as we deal with this until Thursday.

Thank you to everyone for your patience!! We love you all & your fur babies dearly.

GOOD AFTERNOON to all of our amazing clients!!
Just wanted to reach out and give an update on things here at NMVC!!

We know that everyone LOVES our Dr. Susan Ware, but
we are very excited to share that we have TWO new doctors that are working with us now! Dr. Ware is an EXTREMELY busy lady and needed some help taking care of all our clients companions. These two lovely doctors have joined in to help give the highest care possible just like Dr. Ware.

Dr. Verloop joined us back in January of this year and has met several of our clients already. She works on Tuesdays seeing appointments in the morning and afternoon while Dr. Ware is focused on her surgeries.
Dr. Wesley started working with us this week, seeing routine appointments on Mondays & Fridays!!!

Both are amazing people who have the heart to help your fur babies just like Dr. Ware.

As a way to keep all of our amazing clients 'in the know', we will be sharing about fun days and weeks through each month along with educational information about our 'fur babies'!!

We will have a tv in the lobby with a slide show showing all the great information we have to share and the fun days in between!!! Any fun days or weeks shared that include pictures of client or staff pets will be shared for the entire month the day is observed.

Here on our page - we will be sharing the fun days and weeks through each month. There will be opportunities for anyone and everyone to get involved!

On occasion, we will be sharing fun facts that will give the chance to share a picture of you own 'fur baby' for others to enjoy! Good afternoon everyone!!!

Just wanted to give everyone peak at what's been going on out back the past couple of weeks on our new addition. We now have an enclosed building w/ a roof and windows!! Its coming a long nicely.

We do have a slightly more dirt than grass situation in the back yard, but do still have a ramp structure available for those dogs needing access. Our steps in the back are much lower as well, so getting to either ramp is available.

Hello to all of our fabulous clients!!!
We just wanted to fill everyone in on some exciting things going on here at the clinic.

Some have been by and have probably noticed a big mess happening and our large dumpster out back. Dr. Ware is adding on to the back of the clinic!!! Our back deck has been fully removed and our ramp temporarily removed. The new building will house our new pharmacy and lab area with a small storage area to centrally locate all the prescription food we carry in-house.
Our old pharmacy will eventually be transformed into a new exam room.

This is all very exciting for us to watch happen, but we also know it makes a bit of a mess. Since our ramp is temporarily down - we will assist with getting your pets inside and seen. Just give us a call from the parking lot, and we'll come out to help you.

As the construction continues - we'll keep everyone up to date!

Attention to All Our Clients!

Beginning Monday April 24th, 2023, We will no longer allow retractable leashes to be used while in the clinic.

This new policy is being put in place to help keep all our clients and their pets safe while being inside the building. Retractable leashes are unreliable and can break quickly, allowing dogs to interact with each other – This is a BIG safety concern to us.

If you do not have another option for a leash at home, Don’t Worry!
Our front staff is equipped and ready with a normal slip leash.

When you show for your appointment with us, Our receptionist will hand you a slip leash for your dog and hold on to your retractable until it is time for you and your pet to leave the office.

If your dog wears a harness and uses a retractable – Our slip leashes fit very well onto the loops of harnesses as well!!

The Clinic is participating in the Varina Toy Parade on Saturday Dec 10th.

Because of this the clinic will be stopping appointments early and closing early at 11:00AM!
We will not be taking in any emergencies or squeeze-ins due to closing early.

We wanted to let everyone know so you can plan appropriately to get meds and food if needed.

Good Morning Everyone!!
Just as a friendly reminder to all of our clients, We are open today until 6pm, but we will be closed from tomorrow Thursday, Nov 24th through Sunday Nov 27th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday - Reopening Monday Nov 28th.
If you need any food or medications filled before the weekend - PLEASE COME TODAY.
If your pet needs to be seen while we are closed - there are ER locations available - just keep in mind, they do have a long wait typically (like everywhere), but they will get you seen.
We hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving weekend!!

Attention to all our clients! We have just found out that the Walgreens at Strath & Rt5 is going to be closing their doors as of Nov 7th. Please take note and make arrangements as needed for all those who usually get medications filled there for their pets (or yourself) in case transferring is difficult. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up as early as possible.

Good morning lovely clients of ours ! Sadly our phones are still on the fritz even after 2 line technicians repairing them. We have another coming this afternoon. So we are down to 1 line again. I am so very sorry for the issues and those whom have been calling with no answer , busy tones or being hung up on . You may message us on here and we will do our best to answer but we do not have messenger on our main computers. So we will periodically check throughout the day. We are so sorry for the inconvenience! We hope everyone enjoys this beautiful strange June weather !!!
