The sunrise this morning was amazing! No filters, no edits...these colors are real. There is no better artist than Nature herself, but you have to get up pretty early sometimes to catch her at her best. Just a few minutes later, the palette was reduced to light blue, white and yellow. Had I slept in, I would have missed it!

Time for an update on Ranger...it's been 10 months since we took him in and set out on his healing journey, but oh what a difference those months have made. Top left photo was taken this morning, top right about a month ago. The remaining photos were taken in the first weeks after his arrival. You can judge for yourself, but I think he's going to make it and I am so grateful we got to him in time. 🐎💗

Life on a farm is always entertaining...today I threw a handful of birdseed to the turkeys hanging out in Benny's paddock. He came over to investigate and decided he really likes birdseed! Watch as he warns the turkeys off a few times before finally nailing one. Obviously he didn't hurt the turkey as he keeps coming back for more. Silly mule...😅🐎🦃
