Lastly we have this crazy guy! His first surgery was a GI Endoscopy to retrieve some pieces of a doll and sippy cup that he ate. Next, he had an open laparotomy to have a bottle ni**le removed from his intestines. Then he was scoped AGAIN to retrieve some ear buds that he ate. Finally, he decided to have a urinary blockage!! Luckily for Noctis he has an amazing mom who knows when he has done something naughty! Can you believe he’s only 5?!?

We couldn’t pick just one for these categories! Nixey and the chicken cutlet twins will “borrow” your food if you turn your back… and there’s little chance you’re getting it back. Meanwhile Calcifer and Gilly want nothing but kisses and love!! 💕

Did you know that Veazie Vet offers rehabilitation and conditioning? We offer modalities such as the therapeutic laser, balance equipment, and hydrotherapy. Hydrotherapy for small animals is a form of therapeutic exercise in warm water, in a pool or underwater treadmill. At Veazie Vet, we have an underwater treadmill. The benefit of water therapy allows the animal to exercise in a partial or non-weight bearing environment, giving increased circulation to muscles, increased joint flexibility, range of motion, and reduced joint pain. The stabilizing and buoyant effects of water allow re-mobilization of joints which may not be possible when weight bearing out of water. Water resistance is useful for muscle strengthening and cardiovascular training, while water pressure can reduce edema and swelling. Most dogs (in this case, the feline Ralph) benefit from hydrotherapy as a form of exercise. Any animal that requires improvements in core strength, proprioception, gait modification, flexions, extension, muscle bulk, cardiovascular and muscle endurance will benefit from hydrotherapy. Give us a call to get a consultation set up with one of our doctors and Lindsay!

When Jager came to visit us for some skin issues, he decided that a water bowl was not good enough for him, he needed to drink straight from the sink! Our techs were happy to oblige this request for this sweet guy. 🐶🩷💦
