Doggie divine wishes everyone a happy and healthy holiday season ! The salon will be closed from December 23rd through January 1st. We will return to regular business hours on Tuesday January 2nd. We look forward to seeing you in the new year!

We will be closed today (Monday November 14th) for a grooming workshop and preparation for holidays. We will return at 830am Tuesday nov 15th. We currently do not have any appointments available until after thanksgiving. We have limited appointments between thanksgiving and Christmas so please plan ahead and schedule. We try to accommodate the best we can!

We hope all of our doggie divine families are safe and doing well. The staff here at doggie divine are all doing okay, our houses and properties have suffered a little bit of property damage but nothing major. We are all without power at the moment and so is the salon. We will be updating as to when we will reopen. Everyone stay safe and we will touch base soon!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We will be closed until 12/28. We return at 8:30 Tuesday morning, open regular hours (8:30-4) tues 12/28, wed 12/29 and Thursday 12/30. We will then be closed for New Years from 12/31-1/2. We will return at 8:30 am Monday January 3rd. Happy holidays!

The voicemail feature on the phone has been turned off until Monday November 29th when we return from thanksgiving weekend. If you try calling during business hours (this week we will be in mon, tues and Wednesday from 830am-5pm) and we do not answer , please know that we are working hard getting our scheduled pets groomed safely and efficiently. We have been experiencing a high volume of calls and appointments. If you are trying to reach us, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours. (Unless over the weekend, we will return messages on Monday)Please understand that while we are open during business hours, we are working on live animals and we do spend time in the back bathing and blow drying and we may not always be able to hear or answer the phone. We appreciate everyone’s patience and while your pet is in our care we dedicate that time

Just letting everyone know that we are planning to be changing our days starting this month for the remainder of the year. We will be open Monday -Friday as usual but will no longer be open every single saturday. We will be there alternating saturdays. I will post our open and closed Saturday dates later today so you can keep them in mind when booking appointments. We will continue to stay open on Mondays after Memorial Day (we usually closed on mondays for off season) we are choosing to switch it up this year. If you have any questions let us know!

We want to thank everyone for being so supportive and patient during these last couple of months. Things got shaken up a bit and I know everyone is still ironing out some kinks trying to get back in the swing of things. We are back to being open regular business hours and are no longer doing curbside drop off/pickup. However, we are still following cleaner and safer protocols as far as : contact between pets, sanitation, limiting the number of individuals inside the salon at once, and minimal contact between groomers and pet parents. We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines. We now have our credit card machine up and running but with a couple changes. We no longer can add the groomers tip to the credit charge, if you are wanting to leave a tip for your groomer please do so in cash. Also the minimum amount for credit card charges is $20.00, so if you are stopping in for a walk in service (nail trim, face trim, ear cleaning, etc) please plan to pay for the service in cash or we also accept checks. Hello everybody! We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe and healthy! Making a Few announcements, we will be reopening Friday May 1st since the stay at home order has been lifted. However, going forward we are implementing new procedures and protocol for the upcoming weeks. We will be operating on a curbside only basis. The door will closed to the public and if you are dropping off, we ask that you keep a 6ft distance outside the salon entrance per social distancing guidelines. An employee will open the door and take one dog in at a time. The same process will take place again at pick up. All employees will be wearing masks as a precaution, we also suggest you do the same. We will contact you 15-20 min prior to your pet being completed with their groom. We ask that you please try and pick up as soon as your pet is ready. The dogs will not be coming in contact with each other while in our care for overall safety . We understand your pets well-being is important to you and it’s important to us as well . We want to provide you with the safest service possible. We are also only accepting cash and checks as form of payment, to limit contact as well as time . Please have your payment ready when the groomer releases your pet to you. We appreciate everyone’s patience, support and understanding through this period. We are happy and excited to return to work and to give your pets the love, care and services that they need! We will also have limited availability to be answering phone calls during our business hours while we are attending to the pets in our care. Please be patient, leave a message and we will return calls as soon as we can. Once again we appreciate all of our pet parents and look forward to seeing you once again!

Good morning folks. Per instruction from the governor of Florida, we are mandatorily being shut down for 30 days starting at midnight. Unfortunately grooming is considered a non-essential service and we must stay in accordance with the guidelines set by officials . We have been doing our best at contacting everyone who had an upcoming appointment in the near future . Please bear with us, as this situation is a very uneasy and stressful time for us and we are sure it is for you as well. We are trying our best, if you try to contact the shop today please be patient as we are very busy trying to accommodate appointments as well as prepare for what lies ahead. We really thank everyone for their continued support during this tough time, you and your pets have become a part of our lives and we care about both of you deeply. Another quick announcement. Given the current circumstances of the community and the country we will be having reduced hours/days that we will be grooming. If you wish to make an appointment please let us know ahead of time and we will schedule you accordingly. We want to provide you with services that your pets need and we also want to stay as safe as possible. We feel limiting days/hours will help in the social distancing guidelines. If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to reach out. For starters this week, we will be closed Wednesday April 1st, Sunday April 5th and Monday April 6th. We are taking this day by day and week by week as we see fit. We only have the best intentions for our human clients and of course our four legged ones too. Hello doggie divine families. Just want to take a minute and talk about the unfortunate circumstances our country is facing at the moment. Our staff here at doggie divine wants nothing more than our human clients to stay healthy and happy and we hope you are taking the proper precautions in doing so. We have been taking extra measures to ensure we continue to be a safe place for our human and doggie friends to come and visit. We do remain open for grooming and just want to make a couple announcements. Given the current situation , we ask that you abide by the 6ft social distancing rule when you enter the salon as a courtesy to us and to other clients. If you are in a high risk category health wise or age wise please protect yourself with gloves and masks. We are sanitizing items and surfaces very regularly inside the salon and will continue to do so. If you are paying inside the salon keep in mind we will come in contact with your credit card (if you choose that method) and also the pens being used to sign the slips. If you wish to avoid this, other methods of payment are encouraged. We accept cash as well as checks . We are taking this matter seriously as we feel everyone else should. Currently we are offering curbside drop off if needed and also payments over the phone for credit cards if you wish to do so. As a community we need to tackle this challenge together. We also ask that you continue to be patient with us. If you are calling the salon, we may be busy tending to our 4-legged friends so please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we possibly can. With all these extra precautions we may need just a little extra grooming time so we appreciate your cooperation.
