The out right lying for refunds, we should all work for free and give in to the bullies who smear us online??? Jesus take the wheel because I can not with this woman any more. She is on Next Door, Google...probably all platforms. It makes me literally sick to be accused of hurting dogs

What an unfortunate start to the new year 😕
Mrs. G who is a snow bird we served last season was back for our services today. She was angry we made a clarical error having her come at 10am instead of 8am. We apologize and tell her she can leave the dog at 8am. She says no and comes at 10 demanding the dog be ready at 1pm. We always ask for a 2-4 hour time frame. We tell her to take her dog and leave because now she is making a scene yelling how YOU PEOPLE always overbooked. the schedule! She refused to take her dog telling my husband NO I don't want to wait another 4 weeks to get her in...I WANT HER DONE BY 10 MINUTES TO 1. Then stormed out.
We told her at pick up we arw not a good fit and to seek service elsewhere. She robbed handfuls and handfuls of the dog teats we have in the lobby while yelling KARM IS A BITC #!!
Sorry Louie we will miss your sweet face but your owner is too much. I am sure what comes next are the negative reviews on Google to damage our small family business. We are tired of the abuse 💔
