I've had several calls with good intentioned people wanting to give a kitten as a gift. I say, give all the accessories, cat beds, toys, litter boxes- Then after the Holiday's wind down, go to shelters or rescue groups and meet the kittens with your friend. Kittens can live 20 years and when not adopted into a forever home, given up they have little chance of finding a forever home.
