Thank you all for coming out and making all the hard work worth it. What a great group of happy and fun people! We were pretty busy and didn’t get a lot of pictures ourselves, but people have been sending me pictures and I stole a few off of some of your posts, so I hope you don’t mind. Just wanted to share with everyone the memories from the day.

It was a great day at the competitive trail ride yesterday. Congratulations to all of our riders on having a great time and doing a fantastic job. Thank you to for coming out and providing food. I really wanted to finish this up yesterday, but there were a lot of people with loose ends and by about 9 o’clock last night, I decided it would have to get finished today.

It’s always exciting when the awards arrive! We have a preliminary schedule done, but people have been adding to their teams and we wanted to make sure the schedule was as close to the finished product as possible before emailing it out. Everyone who has completed their entry forms and payments should expect an email today. Also, judges, you will get more info today!

We’ve been doing some hiking around dialing in the last details of the competitive trail ride routes. An email with more information will be going out this week to the people who have already entered. Thank you for those who are volunteering to be judges. We can still use you if you would like to help out. We will have a judges meeting and training prior to the event.

Looking for a Ranch Hand! One of our awesome ranch hands has been offered a really great opportunity and he is taking it, so a big congrats to him. He derserves it! But a big boohoo for us! We are looking for a new special person to fill those shoes. Must be a hard worker, a good horse and people person, self-motivated and independent worker with a great attitude. The successful candidate will be able to clean barns, corrals and paddocks, drive tractors, feed and handle horses, do general landscape maintenance, be able to lift at least a 100 pound bale of hay and work in all weather. The job is 4 to 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and includes weekends and holidays. We have a great team that works really well together, so looking for another team player that is flexible and dependable. Inquiries can be sent to [email protected]
