❤️ Please read all regarding egg shortages at store. Yes, I’m still doing the Carnivore diet as it makes me feel the best and works well with my age and hormone levels. So on mornings when I’m in a hurry or I have a lot to get done my go to is two eggs fried in my brown butter hearts. One cup of coffee with heavy whipping cream and a butter heart. And then I’m able to go a long time after that without needing to eat And then I will eat a small meal around 1 o’clock. That is usually half of a ribeye, or some of my boneless skin on chicken thighs, and some raw cheddar. My new thing that I’ve recently added is I’m going to a new gym and going to be working out a lot more this year. Since we are talking about eggs… We had many people coming to us at the farmers market this week, frantic for eggs because of the egg shortage in stores. There are many reasons why there might be an egg shortage. Typically in the winter, the chickens go through a hibernating stage called molting where they don’t lay as many eggs, but there’s probably many other reasons. I wanna let my regular customers know that buy eggs for me on a weekly basis that we did not sell any eggs to new customers. We are preserving all of our eggs for our regular customers that buy from us every week. So if you were to go online and purchase eggs from me I have a maximum of two dozen and only if you are a regular customer. And believe it or not I know all of my regular customers. I am the one that prints out all the orders and I know everybody by name and at the farmers market, I know everybody at all three farmers markets that buy eggs. The benefit of a small business like mine is that you get to know your customers and you protect them during shortages. Like when Covid happened and everybody was coming to me buying high volumes of meat because I couldn’t get it at Costco. I had to turn them away so I could protect my regular customers so they could buy what they normally buy for their family every week. I love my families that come and support me every single week. It’s the least I can do to protect them.
