The Pygmy Corydora is the smallest breed of cory catfish maxing out at 1 inch. These cute little nano fish prefer sand to graze through, as well as live plants in their tank to make them feel comfortable. It’s best to keep a minimum group of 8-12 of them in a 10 gallon tank, between 72-78 degrees. They do well eating flakes, tubifex worms, sinking wafers, frozen cyclops, rotifers, daphnia, and baby brine shrimp.

Fiddler crabs 🦀 These little fellows mean business with their big claw! In general, fiddler crabs are a very peaceful species. They only get about 2 inches long and live about 3 years in captivity. They need a 10 gallon aquarium for 1 to 4 crabs (add 5 gallons per addition crab!) and have a heater set to 75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. ⚠️ CRITICAL INFORMATION ⚠️ on fiddler crab care ➡️ Provide DRY land for them❗️🏝 These crabs will drown if not given a space to come up for air. They enjoy driftwood to climb and large rocks to stand on. Additionally, add aquarium salt to their tank to a salinity of 1.005 and 1.01. Lastly, these little ones are escape artists! Be sure to add a lid or mesh to their tank. Drop your comments and questions down below!

Our iconic jumbo albino plecostomus found a home at long last 💛 This beauty was about 2 ft long! Common plecos can live to be around 10 years old. Their full-grown size is wildly debated, but here's the truth: Plecos can easily reach 24in or more, and DO NOT grow to the size of their aquarium (AKA will not stay small if you keep them in a small tank!). Dedicated common pleco owners should be prepared to upgrade to a 100 - 125 gallon aquarium to accommodate them. Without enough room, spinal deformities will occur and are not reversible.

Did you know there are over 30 known species of clownfish? One popular type is the gold stripe maroon clown. These clowns are known to be quite territorial, especially as they age. They can grow to 6 inches long and live about 3 to 7 years. Due to their aggressive nature, they're best kept with bolder fish or fish that keep to themselves. They will bully other clownfish species, so choose wisely!
