We are currently without electricity and heat, and with the extreme cold and weather conditions and safety concerns for our staff, clients, and patients, we will be closing at noon today.

The clinic will also be closed Saturday, December 24 and Monday, December 26 to celebrate Christmas. Normal clinic hours will resume Tuesday, December 27.

If your pet should need emergency medical attention, please contact Med-Vet of West Cleveland at 216-362-6000 or Animal Clinic Northview at 440-327-8282.

Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 11AM-2PM at Main Street Beach with all new activities and games for you and your best friend. It’s only $10 for your dog ($5 for each additional dog) and you’re free! Here’s what you can expect that day:

🐶Open swim at Main Street Beach in a fenced in area

🦮Plenty of games and activities to engage your dog like Musical Sit and a Dogstacle Course

🦴Vendors, dog products, rescue groups and more

🌊The most amazing view of Lake Erie, a shady park to enjoy and the Shore Thing concession stand (featuring ice cream for dogs)

🐕‍🦺Close to downtown so you can shop and enjoy our community. We have 3 dog boutiques in downtown: Rocky & Lela’s Barkery, Tails of Vermilion and Dogs & Cats on Main!

🌭Wander into our downtown restaurants and enjoy the We**ie Walk featuring specialty hot dogs, ice creams, brews and more.

🐶Participate in the K9 Costume Contest. Compete for Best Overall, Mayor’s Choice, Hometown Pride (Vermilion-themed) and Dynamic Duo (owner/dog costumes).

In accordance with Governor DeWine’s and ODH’s lessening of the COVID health mandates/restrictions as of Wednesday, June 2, we are pleased to announce that we will begin to allow client access to inside the clinic beginning tomorrow! We are excited about this news from the ODH. However, we are requesting that only one family member accompany their pet into the clinic at a time. We are still doing our best to practice social distancing and limit personal contact as much as is possible. We respectfully ask that if you are or have been experiencing any symptoms of COVID, that you do not enter the clinic.

We can’t thank all of our wonderful clients and staff enough for adjusting to all of the changes these past 14+ months! Looking forward to getting completely back to normal soon!
