Our mission is to provide for the safe and humane care and control of domesticated livestock, household pets, and other animals, within Uintah County Utah, as well for the enforcement of Federal, State, County and Municipal laws and ordinances effectuating the control of said animals in the County. The District has an active animal adoption program and also has agreements with 501c3 animal rescue
groups from Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and California and Montana for adoption placement and foster homes.
