We had an amazing time at our resident appreciation Pool Party this month. We had the Big Green Pizza Truck and beautiful music performed by Jim Bailey. The pizza was amazing and the gelato flavors was so refreshing because it was a warm & sunny day. Thank you to all our residents who came.

Our community pool is open 7 days a week from 10 am-8 pm (2 shifts per day). This position will be 20+ hours per week. JULY IN THE SKY POSTPONED TO WEDNESDAY, JULY 13
The Town of Vernon is working with the Rockville Downtown Association on this year's July in the Sky celebration.

Family friendly activities will begin at 6 p.m. at Henry Park and in Downtown Rockville. The fireworks, shot from Fox Hill Tower in Henry Park, are the culmination of this great event.

Time frame is roughly mid-May to mid to late August. 30 to 36 hours a week, $16 per hour. Days of the week and weekly hours are negotiable. Property Maintenance Technician/Painter for 768 unit apartment rental complex in Vernon, CT. Full time job with 45 hours per week throughout the entire year. Skills include painting, simple plumbing & electrical repairs, light carpentry skills, conditioned to carry appliances and to put in a good day's work, reliability/be at work every day, athletic, and all other skills related to property maintenance. Need to live within 20 minutes of Vernon.

Job includes painting turnover units, service calls and maintenance work, 24/7 on call approximately one week per month(with added compensation), snow cleaning, and more.
