It is national veterinary technician appreciation week! Make sure to thank our technicians if you see them in the clinic this week. Our technicians keep our clinic running smoothly by monitoring your pets under anesthesia, taking care of hospitalized patients, filling medications, drawing blood, cleaning, and hundreds of other things. We literally would not be able to operate without them. We know that we have the best team in the Madison area and appreciate them so much!

This very sweet intact boy was found on the side of the road by the Prairie Moraine Dog Park on Hwy PB. He was eating a deer carcass and had a chain choke collar connected to a black leash (shown in picture). We were able to spend some time with him and gave him some food, water, and treats which he seemed like he could not get enough of. The sweet woman that brought him in to check for a microchip (there wasn't one) volunteers at the Dane County Humane Society and will be bringing him there today. Dane County Humane Society
