We had so many great participants in this challenge and everyone made progress. These winners were chosen because they met their goal with excellence and their horse showed signs of connection, understanding, softness and responsiveness.

Truly it was difficult to pick a top 3, and I’m so impressed by the dedicated of everyone throughout the coldest month of the year. If you would like your feedback, you can DM the club.

Start 2025 off on the right path by committing to growing this year! We are so excited to be having this challenge and can’t wait to see what progress happens because of it.

And yes, I did look at the weather coming in over the next two weeks if you live in KY🥶… it’s gonna be cold. But more reason to set an attainable goal with the conditions and continue to engage with your horses.

✨Our KY ILHA Fall Show was a blast✨

This club has some of the most wonderful people in it. Our club members competed so well yesterday and we all had so much FUN!

Our next member to introduce is Gracie Lynch and her horses
Ziva (QH Appaloosa cross) and Gentry (Dutch Warmblood)!!!

Here’s what Gracie had to say about liberty horse and the club 🎉

1. Why you do liberty work?
I love liberty because it allows me to test not only the bond with my horses but also how well we are communicating. If my horse is confused at liberty it will be much more apparent than if I am holding them on the end of a lead rope. I also love the feeling of being totally with syncretized with my horses that I get when working at liberty.

2. Your favorite part about the club?
My favorite part about the club is the knowledge I have gained from attending club events. I have made many friends in the club who I reach out to when I have a question about liberty schooling or showing.

3. A piece of advice you’d give to someone just starting liberty work?
Spend time watching your horse to see how they communicate before trying to communicate with them in a new way.

4. A fun fact about you?!
I started college when I was 16
