Stalls were put in by Rockin J years ago. All wood is in great condition. Recently re painted and fronts varnished. These pin together on steel posts. Clean them up and they look almost new. SO JUST WHY DON'T YOU!
As many of you know, I have been teaching horseback riding lessons and offering Equine Assisted Activities and Therapy for over 40 years. I work with so so many people. My focus for today's word of encouragement is for you adult's. Almost everyday, an adult walks into my barn and tells me- " I have always wanted to ride a horse, They are so beautiful! I wish I had a horse,I had a horse when I was a child but not any more. The things I hear are endless. When people walk into the barn, I can clearly see what they are telling me. I can also see what they don't tell me. I see adults longing to be with the horses. I see them pet my therapy horses. I see deep breaths emerge. Tears flow. Pain and depression leave them even if for a few moments. So I ask, why don't you come and ride? Take some lessons? The answer is usually the same- I am too busy working, I have to take my kids here and there or my husband wouldn't let me. I am thinking to myself, if your husband loves you, then why in the world is he stopping you from something you love. I bet he is doing some activities he loves! Anyway, So my question to you is- when do you decide to choose your passion and dreams over everyone elses? Its a hard balance I admit. And I totally understand this isn't always easy.I will say this though. The essential joy that horses bri g is unimaginable! If horses are your passion, your dream, your breath- then just "why don't you!" Do not let anyone take away your passions, your dreams, your plans. When do you stop being and doing so much for everyone else, that you let your own life and passions pass you by. Are you a person that is so busy helping friends and family members get thru their problems and needs that you are slowly letting you own passions die. I am not telling anybody to not help one in need. I am just offering a different perspective to look at your own lives, your spirit needs, your own passions. I am so sorry to see so many adults sad and hurting. I am here to try to make a difference. To help others realize, pursue and develop their goals, passions and riding skills.If spending a little time with the horse fuels your inner self and makes you happy and whole, then "Just Why don't you!" GOD BLESS ALL WHO READ THIS! 🐴💖🐴💖🐴💖
