Mounting a horse safely is crucial for both rider and horse. Here are three essential safety tips to ensure a smooth and secure mount:

⭐️ Check the Girth: Always double-check that the girth is snug but not too tight to prevent the saddle from slipping when you mount.

⭐️ Position Correctly: Stand at the horse’s left shoulder, facing the tail. Hold the reins in your left hand to keep control and place your left foot in the stirrup while keeping the horse calm and steady.

⭐️ Mount Smoothly: Push off gently with your right leg, swinging it over the horse's back, and settle lightly into the saddle to avoid startling the horse.
