Earlier this year we shared this post asking clients to please let us know if they can't make their appointment. We've had to put in place a new policy requiring payment to schedule appointments in an attempt to discourage no-shows. Previously this only applied to new clients. Unfortunately, we are now extending this policy to existing clients who have had one or more no-shows. PLEASE call us if you can't make your appointment. Life happens - we get it! Just don't leave us hanging. We can offer your spot to a last-minute emergency or sick baby!

On the last day of Vet Tech Week, we want to recognize the faces of the operation. They're the first voices and faces you'll see here at the clinic! Stella's title may be Office Manager but she truly wears all the hats. She jumps in as receptionist, vet assistant, and helps in the kennels, all while doing her managerial duties, which include listening to us gripe. 🥴 😹
Cloey, one of our bubbly receptionists, is determined to meet each client's needs. You can call with the most ridiculous of requests and she'll get it handled! 💪😼 Not to mention she's always sure to make you laugh!
Lexie, our newest receptionist, has the sweetest demeanor and tries to make every client and patient feel welcome. She's still learning all the ins-and-outs and is doing a great job! 😸

Happy Vet Tech Week to Thomas! He's our Kennel Assistant and lately has been spending most of his days in welding school. He is sorely missed and we are always so happy to see him on the days he does get to work. As part of the support staff, he helps this machine run a little smoother. We love you Thomas!

She may be new to the field, but you can't tell because she has handled every challenge without hesitation. She's eager to learn and absolutely adores every patient. Her bubbly personality always brightens the day. ☀️ We're so glad you joined the team. We love you Briana!

Happy Vet Tech week to Gracie! She came on board with us a few months back, but she didn't come without experience. Talk about somebody who can jump right in and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty or do any heavy lifting! She's working hard toward Vet School and plans to apply as soon as she can. Gracie has been an awesome addition to our team and we're thankful to have her! Her sarcasm, wit, and hard work make the days easier. We love you, Gracie!

Happy Vet Tech Week to Deanna! She decided to put her love for animals into action by starting out as a Veterinary Assistant. Don’t let that fool you though, because she’s currently working towards Vet school to become a Veterinarian! Her enthusiastic attitude and huge smile is always welcomed at the clinic and to the pets. Happy Vet Tech week to Katelyn AKA Katie! She is currently a Certified Veterinary Assistant, but not for long as she will be a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician by spring of next year! She spends most of her days in school but devotes as much time as she can here at the clinic providing the best care to the patients she does get to see and learning all things surgery. She's devoted to the field, and we're so grateful to have her on our team. We love you, Katie!
