Cloey's birthday was yesterday, we were so busy that the social media person dropped the ball and forgot to announce it. 🙃 Nevertheless, please join us in wishing our Cloey a happy birthday! She has grown to be an integral part of our team and we are so proud of her. She keeps us laughing and keeps the schedule going. Happy birthday! 😻

We have decided to remain closed today due to the weather and safety concern for our staff and clients.
We will resume normal hours tomorrow at 7:30am! We hope everyone stays safe!

We will be closing at 4 PM today to allow our staff sufficient time to get home before weather conditions potentially worsen! At this time, we plan to open at 12 PM tomorrow in hopes that ice may be melted, and the roads will be safer to drive on. There is potential that the closure may extend later into the day, and we will be do our best to post any updates. Everyone please stay safe and warm! ❄️🌨⛄️

We are watching the weather closely and as of right now, our business hours have not changed. Of course, the safety of our staff, clients, and patients comes first. If the roads are dangerous, we will alter business hours accordingly. We will post updates here! Be safe and stay warm! 🥶

Next week we're expecting to get some exceptionally cold weather with possible ice & snow! It's important to take precautions to keep your pets safe and warm.
-Keep them indoors! If you're cold, so is your pet. Know their cold tolerance.
-Knock on your hood before starting your car! Engines are an attractive heat source to outdoor pets.
-Chronic illnesses, like diabetes, can make it harder to regulate body temperatures.
-Dress them in layers, especially short-haired and smaller pets.
-Provide heat lamps (with caution) for outdoor pets. Offer another comfortable option in case they get overheated.
-Use straw, not blankets!

And she's off! Our amazing Katie left for Athens this week for her internship with the University of Georgia's Veterinary Technician program. We are beyond proud of her and all that she's accomplished. We're excited for her to come back and add even more value to our clinic. We miss her already!

She got quite the snowy surprise today!
