I am a pet owner and life-long lover of animals. My husband and I hate to go anywhere without our dogs and we know how stressful it can be to leave your best friend behind.
I graduated from Lee's McRae with a degree in Wildlife Rehabilitation. During my training there, I worked with a variety of wildlife, from raptors to opossums and learned to care for injured animals and nursed them back to health for a return to the wild.
Since then, I have worked in vet offices and dog boarding facilities and worked with numerous dog breeds (of all ages) and can care for dogs with medical conditions, such as, diabetes and cancer. When your pup stays at Happy Paws Dog Den, it will be cared for and supervised like it is one of our animals.
