As many of you are aware, we have recently brought on board a new team member to oversee the day-to-day operations at our office. This includes setting up a dedicated business line to manage all incoming calls and messages, allowing me and our team of sitters and dog walkers to concentrate on providing the best care possible to our furry clients.
So starting today, when you call our main number, 678-447-1795 you will reach our office manager Cat. I do receive a copy of all calls and emails. But she will handle most of the correspondence. If it is an emergency or she is not able to answer, it will immediately be forwarded to me. So you will always be able to reach me. This adjustment enables us to enhance the efficiency of our services, focusing on what we excel at - looking after your homes and beloved pets.
