Attn: Baltimore neighbors of Ten Hills and surrounding communities: A neighbor on Nottingham is missing their very indoor cat. He suddenly decided to dash out the back door on Friday, July 19th around 8:15am. He hasn’t been outside since they rescued him in 2015.

His name is Oscar, He is a medium size tuxedo, with a rather large ‘pouch’, and is wearing a black and gold glitter collar.

He tends to be very shy around new people, so they think he ran, panicked, and is now hiding

If you see him, please reach out with location seen, time, etc.
