Though we all know Rabbits don’t actually lay eggs, there are a few Mammals that do! A prehistoric group called Monotremes that still live today! Check out these cool critters below! Happy Easter!

So the decision to change the zoo will not be needed as the state will allow small exotics and medium exotics such as African serval, kangaroos, porcupine, macaws, and alligators and many other cool exotics. We will not be able to have big cats, bears, apes, and a few other animals.

The plan to change the zoo is no longer need as the state will allow small exotics and medium exotics to be exhibited. So as of now will be allowed kangaroos, emu, anteater, macaws, alligators, and many other cool exotics. We will not be allowed big cats, bears, apes, and a few other animals.

So it's been decided that the zoo is changing to exhibit reptiles instead of a large variety of animals. Reptiles will include alligators, crocodiles, venomous snakes, lizards, turtle, and tortoises. Animals to see will be King cobra, Gila monster, anaconda, alligator snapping turtle, and many more.

Next year I plan on beginning the petting zoo and a educational animal program here Arkansas. When I'm ready to start booking events I let my followers know.

One of our many goals is to build a educational farm that will allow kids to interact with many breeds of livestock and poultry. With this we will help protect many endangered breeds of livestock and poultry. We will also add a couple of hives of honeybees.

What's your favorite Zoo Animal?

We plan to be one of the few zoos in the united states to have a pair of ligers to use as education animals on big cat conservation. If you didn't know the liger is cross bewteen a male lion and a female tiger.

We've had a lot of positive feedback on this project! This will be a 3-part project spanning over the next 50 years (we hope). Phase 1: will be an exotic petting zoo/education farm. Phase 2: As more larger exotic animals come in, we'll expand and begin collecting big cats, small carnivores, primates, bears, and crocodiles along with larger hoof stock (hopefully giraffes!). Phase 3: We'll become a "modern zoo" that's AZA accredited, education and conservation focused! A place where Central Arkansans can call it their zoo! And we make our stamp on Wildlife conservation right here in Central Arkansas!

Question to our visitors. For our first big cats which should we get. A pair of Bengal tigers including a white tiger. Or Three African lions or a black leopard and a African leopard.

We are currently in the process of looking for possible land sites for this dream to come true. Realistically we're looking for a minimum of 30 to 50 acres in central Arkansas. We're hoping this large amount of land will provide many of the animals with large exhibits and mimic their natural habitats. Any suggestions on land sites would be greatly appreciated!

A goal in the zoo is to bring in gray wolves, arctic wolves, and a pack of mexican gray wolves. The mexican gray wolf is a endangered species that we hope to breed and reintroduce into the wild. There are a few places left in the southwest United States that you can see these amazing animals.

We hope to be one of the few zoos in the United States to exhibit a rare bear species called the Russian brown bear. These bears can reach up to 1,400 pounds. A very large animal but a beautiful edition to the zoo.

How neat would it be to see an Indian Gharial up close? This odd looking reptile uses that peculiar snout to trap fish in streams and rivers in India and parts of Southeast Asia. Hunter Bros. Wild Safari hopes one day to establish a breeding pair in Arkansas to replenish this critically endangered species of Crocodile!

We hope to build a crocseum. This will have information on crocodilians from fossils to conservation work. It will also include a outdoor arena where crocodile feedings and talks will take place.

One of the long term goals is to bring in around 20 elephants. 14 Asians and 6 Africans. We would like to build a 50 acre preserve to house these amazing animals.

Eventually one of our long term goals is to exhibit a breeding pair of this rare African Mammal, the Okapi! With only a few zoos in the world exhibiting this mammal we hope Hunter Bros. Wild Safari will eventually be among the ranks! The only living relative of the giraffe this species is a must see for animal enthusiast.

FEED BACK WANTED!!!!
When the time comes a few considerations are needed when planning our dream. What do the people want? Option A. An open drive through zoo separated by habitat/ecosystem? Or Option B. A traditional style zoo while exhibits? Or the option to eventually have both!!!

The next few Years: We hope to create a traveling/stationary petting zoo with exotic animals (similar to the pics) to generate funds for the zoo. As we travel and do festivals, fairs, birthday party's we will give a you a one of a kind experience with these creatures. We will expand as we get the funds eventually leading to a several acre park.
