We were just notified by our supplier that our bug order that we were expecting tomorrow was not shipped and will not be shipped until Tuesday July 23, 2024. So we will be out of stock of crickets and super worms until then.

We are working on confirming the following letter with Zoom Med at this time!

We will be limiting the purchase of the following Zoo Med Products to 1 per person per day. We have very limited supplies and all of our suppliers are not able to allow us to purchase more!

We will also be limiting all Zilla heat bulbs to 1 as well, until further notice!

I would just like to make it very well known. We do not have public restrooms. I do understand this maybe an inconvenience but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done as customers would need to go through our administrative office and this is not only a security issue but also a privacy issue. I'm very grateful for everyone understanding on this and we do not see it changing.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Our suppliers have placed a hold on all live feeder insects next week so we will not be receiving any orders. We did purchase more this week than we normally do but we are going to limit everyone to 50 ct per order until we are able to get more shipments in. If you are not going to be able to make it in until later in the week next week we highly recommend calling ahead of time to see how our stock looks prior to coming into the store.

I would like to thank everyone that has supported us over the last 2 years. In the next few months we ask everyone to continue to be patient with us and we hope to continue to see the much needed support going forward. As many know we are currently working through various challenges and will continue to try and provide the supplies, feeders and quality animals we have provided over the last 26 months. Going into 2024 there unfortunately will be times we will be closed and we very much encourage everyone to continue to get updates on those closures here on our page. We will do our best to update as quickly as possible any changes that occur.
