People ask how long have ya been into dog hunting. Well this sums it up right here! Dad had ever tree I can remember with walker dogs chained to them as a child and When he got me and Cody a pair of beagle pups the fire was lit. Rusty and lucky. The baddest beagles I can remember! watching Dad, Paw and countless others chase bucks around in front of the hounds all my childhood lit a fire in me that’s unexplainable. I always wanted to have hounds like Corey growing up and I know he would love to be dropping the box with us all this deer season and listen to hounds roll thru the woods. Several years ago when Richard got Cody and eventually me to try out this fox hunting stuff I fell in love with the sport. You see I always thought pen dogs was dogs that couldn’t get it done the way my deer dogs could do it but boy was I wrong. The last several years have been a blast doing what I love with these hounds and hope that I can continue to run these hounds and produce some really nice hounds to run for the rest of my life with my kids, family and friends.

We had a fun weekend at the blue springs Open! Placed 1 and catagoried a couple. Mainly had fun with other hounds men doing what we love. Big thanks to everyone who out the hunt on from using the kennels, scheduling, and most of All to the MOH and judges that comes out and chases our dogs around when they don’t have to. To me true dog men that enjoys the race as much as the handlers of the dogs. Without these judges our sport would be impossible. Thanks everyone. And congrats Tyler and Brian ya keep putting it on us. And to everyone else that placed.
