We are taking donations for our local shelters and some near by homeless pets in need. If you would like to donate please drop off your items here at the salon and we will be happy to get these items delivered to pets in need. When you donate here in the salon you will receive $3.00 off of your pets next grooming service.
Items needed:
Cat dry and wet food
Kitten dry and wet food
Dog wet and dry food
Puppy wet and dry food
Kitty liter
Used items are just fine:
Blankets
Wash clothes
Towels
Dog and cat beds
Kitty liter pans

Anything that will help.

I am not sure who volunteers to help these feral kitties? I was driving by the Bonsack/460 Roanoke area beside RockFab and McDonald's and they were without food and water so I dropped some off for them they were very hungry. I guess with the bad weather it was hard to get to them. If anyone knows of anymore locations that need to be checked on? Please let me know. i am happy to donate my time and go help them. It is so cold out and I want to help any of the homeless animals i can. Please keep warm everyone!

We have decided for the safety of our clients, pets, and staff we have no choice but to close again tomorrow Wednesday the 12th and reopen on Thursday the 13th due to slippery road conditions. Please bare with us, Zoe our receptionist is going as fast as she can to call everyone that is scheduled for today 2/11 and tomorrow 2/12 to get you rescheduled. If you are needing an upcoming appointment, she will give you a call when she is finished rescheduling clients that were canceled due to the weather. Please be patient, and we will get everyone called back and booked as quickly as possible. We really appreciate you all so much, and thank you for your patience and understanding!

***Update: we will be closed tomorrow Tuesday due to inclement weather, too keep our staff and clients safe. Please call the salon to get reschedule.***
Our receptionist Zoe will be in tomorrow Tuesday from 9:30am to 5pm, to work on getting your appointments rescheduled.
Please be patient everyone we have received a very LARGE amount of cancellations and phone calls. So please make sure you leave a message, Zoe will be returning calls as quickly as she can tomorrow, this will take time.

Bad weather is coming tomorrow Tuesday 2/11 and Wednesday 2/12 if your pet has an appointment and you feel you need to cancel your appointment for tomorrow or Wednesday you will need to CALL the salon as soon as possiable at (540) 816-0301, so we can add you to a cancellation list. We are only receiving cancellation through phone calls only! Please be patient with us on trying to get you back in on each groomers schedule. We want everyone to be safe, including our staff. Thank you!
