🔥☀️ Beat the Heat: Preventing Heat Stroke & Dehydration in Pets! ☀️🔥

Summer is here, and while we love soaking up the sun, high temps can be dangerous for our furry friends! 🐶🐱

🚨 Signs of Heat Stroke in Pets:
😰 Excessive panting or drooling
💔 Lethargy or confusion
🌡️ Vomiting or collapse

🌊 Tips to Keep Your Pet Safe:
✅ Provide constant access to fresh water
✅ Keep walks short and avoid midday heat
✅ Never leave pets in a parked car (even for a minute!)
✅ Use shaded areas and cooling mats when outside
✅ Watch for signs of distress—heat stroke can come on fast

If your pet shows any signs of overheating, head to the nearest emergency vet immediately!

Due to the ongoing heat wave, our hospital’s A/C system is struggling to keep up — and to ensure the safety and comfort of our staff, clients, and patients, we’ll be CLOSED this Friday, June 27th, for A/C repairs.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work quickly to get everything back up and running. 🛠️💨

We’ll reopen Saturday, June 28th, and can’t wait to welcome you and your pets back into a much cooler clinic! 🐾❄️
