FYI - WEDNESDAY, Sept. 25, 2024 raw diet pet food company announced that they are voluntarily recalling cartons of frozen raw beef and chicken canine food that could be tainted with salmonella or listeria germs. If you feed answers, please make sure to check for the following!

The recalled canine food products all come in half-gallon cartons weighing 4lbs. They include:

-4lb Half Gallon Carton of Answers Detailed Beef Formula for Canines, best by date of May 6, 2026.

-Answers Straight Beef Formula for Canines, best by date of Jan. 31, 2026.

-Answers Straight Chicken Formula for Canines, best by dates of Jan. 2, 2026 and March 11, 2026

If you have any of these pet food products, they should be discarded immediately. Also, any surfaces that the raw has been in contact with should be properly cleaned and disinfected to prevent any possible contamination. It should not be fed to any pets or donated to anyone. If you are unsure or can’t locate the information on the products, please contact us so we can help you locate the information and if not, it’s best to discard it altogether as a precautionary.
