Jump for the children was a success for Smithview!🎉🎊

⭐️Jenn and Umiliano Van Orshof had beautiful rounds in the Baby Green Hunter’s 2’6, including a🥉in their over fence trip!

⭐️Jenn and Duvel entered the USHJA National Hunter Derby ending 5th out of 25 with scores in the 80’s!

⭐️Liz and Caledonian had a wonderful show back together getting great ribbons in the Low Adult’s. So proud of you guys!

⭐️Layla and Duvel stepped back into the Junior Hunter’s 3’3 ending Reserve with a🥇and🥈in their over fences!

⭐️Annabeth and Lindor pulled nice ribbons in the Low Children’s Hunter out of a talented group of riders!

⭐️Susanna and Boy Genius Von Sullivan had a fun time in the 1.0m Jr/Am Jumper’s finishing strong!

⭐️Peyton and Caledonian marched through lead line like pros and got themselves a🥇!

We love showing with the best people and horses. Can’t wait to do it again next month!

The Smithview family celebrated Halloween with a costume derby this year with everything from wizards to Pink Ladies!

Everybody performed beautiful rounds. Congratulations to London and Chop for taking home the win!

We can’t wait for next year but for now we are saying farewell to spooky season and hello to “No stirrup November”…..

🍁Duvel and Jenn were Champion in the USHJA Hunters 2’9!

🍁Mon Emilia OD Broekstreek and Jenn were Reserved in the USHJA Hunters 2’/2’3!

🍁Umiliano Vanorshof and Jenn performed excellently in the Baby Green Hunters 2’6, including a🥈u/s and🥉over fences!

🍁Shangri-La VDL and Jenn had beautiful trips and nice ribbons in the USHJA Hunters 3’!

🍁Duvel and Layla had exceptional trips including a🥉in their Children’s 14 and Under trip!

🍁Lindor and Annabeth were fantastic, placing a🥈in their Low Children Hunter trip!

Our team had a wonderful learning opportunity from Dr. Claire with Clarity Equine Nutrition. We benefited greatly from her presentation and were even more appreciative of her expertise when she and Katie Lynn Wimer visited our facility the next day to evaluate our feed practices and examine some of our horses. We’d like to sincerely thank Triple Crown Feed for sponsoring this event and Red Head Bay for providing the venue and delicious hors d’oeuvres.

We had such a great time at the Loudoun Benefit Horse Show!

⭐️ Here I Come and Cassie Pender had great rounds and ribbons out of a very competitive younger 3’3 AOs!
⭐️Umiliano Van Orshof and Jennifer Sabella ended reserve champion in the USHJA division! This was Umiliano’s 3rd show ever over fences. Good boy, Umiliano!
⭐️Aquavit and Eliana Pope and great rounds in the Older Children’s and won the under saddle!
⭐️Caledonian and Layla Hentnik had great rounds including winning an over fences class in the younger children’s!
⭐️Tsunami and Kylie Wall keep improving every horse show and had beautiful rounds in the low adults! Kylie and Nyx also were 7th in a very competitive under saddle class in both the USHJA and low adults!
⭐️Lollipop Van Het Broekxhof and Christina Campbell had great rounds in the USHJA including a 5th in an over fences class out of 40+ horses! They also ended the weekend being reserve champion in the low adults including winning an over fences class!

We are so thankful for all of our clients and their horses! Can’t wait for Tryon next month!🦄
