On my way to a listing interview this afternoon I came across a horrible scene on independence. A mother duck had just got hit and her babies were frantically running around dodging cars. I went and pulled a u turn and was going to try to save them and found a horrific scene where it appeared they had all been run over. It was awful. It was just a block up from our office so Heather and Hailey came and helped me look for survivors and we found none. I tried to shake it off and I went to my appointment. On the way back I scanned the median and edge of the road where it happened and saw nothing. I didn’t have anything pressing going on and my heart was hurting so I pulled a u turn and went and looked again. On my third pass I saw some motion in the median and saw this little guy! I pulled off the road, chased him down and scooped him up. He’s at the office right now while we figure out what to do
