It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Walter’s passing.
He crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Sunday, July 14, 2024 peacefully in the arms of his mom.

Walter was the friendly face and wagging tail that greeted our staff and clients almost every day at AMC.

He was a one-of-a-kind boy, who was a friend to all who knew him. More than anything else, he loved his mom, Mollie.

In less than five years, Walter brought so much laughter, so many smiles, and endless joy to all creatures who crossed his path. We feel so blessed to have shared his life with him, and our memories with him will last forever.

Walter fought a hard battle with Osteosarcoma, and he faced his treatments with so much bravery. His last days were spent enjoying his favorite treats with his favorite humans, in his favorite shady spot.

We ask that you honor Walter by spending a little extra quality time with your own pets. ❤️🐾

You can also type in Colorado State Birch Sugar on Google and it should come up. Be aware!

🐾Hello, AMC/BVC Family!

We have some big changes coming to our clinics – we’re excited to announce that we will be transitioning from paper charts to a paperless system, starting July 5th! This means that we’ll be changing software programs and will have a new record-keeping system.

How will this affect our clients?

· Our offices will be closing early at 4pm on Monday June 10th and Monday June 17th for staff training sessions with the new software.
· You will have access to a new patient portal where you can view & print vaccine records, request appointments, request prescription refills, and more! (We will send out a separate message with portal information once it is “live” and ready for use.)
· We ask for your patience and understanding while we make this transition. While this change will make our operations more efficient, it will also take our staff some time to get comfortable with the new program (especially since many of us have been using the old software since the ‘90s!) Please bear with us during the first few weeks as we all acclimatize to a new operating system.

We appreciate all of our clients and look forward to helping you and your four-legged family members!
