2015 𝘼𝙌𝙃𝘼 𝙍𝙀𝘿 𝘿𝙐𝙉 𝙂𝙀𝙇𝘿𝙄𝙉𝙂

Jet should have been named Matthew McConaughey because he’s so cool. We have used jet outside frequently when calves need doctored on or cows need rotated. Jet knows how to handle a rope, he’s like tying off to an oak tree.

He is very gentleman like and very polite. He rides out by-himself (the way they’re supposed to- no whinny, no fits, he doesn’t care), has wonderful ground manners, is extremely patient, and loves any attention you have to give.

Jet is not going to take you to the NFR in the roping pen but he does have experience in the head box and is honest. You could also have a little fun with him in some ranch riding classes.

Jet would make a phenomenal trail partner, or be a good guy to have around if you’re the cowboying type. He’s big legged, sound, and has really nice feet.

We have plenty of videos of him, and would be happy to show him to you in person too.

We welcome PPE’s at buyers expense. We will also make every effort to assist in hauling arrangements if need be.

The best place for a fractious horse is riding out. Once you install a foundation on them, get them out. Why? It’s changes their hyper focus on what’s behind their ears to what’s in front of their nose. Thats where their true relaxation comes from.

I believe asking a trainer how their program looks as far as trail/open country miles is crucial especially for horses that have these characteristics. Both environments in the arena and out in the open play a huge role when talking about horses who need the extra mentoring.

I feel like the title “c**t starter” can be very misrepresented these days.

A c**t starter is not just some fearless person who climbs on a horse and flops around like a sack of potatoes.

I personally feel like a person who is eager to climb on a horse without having him properly set up for his first ride is not a “c**t starter” I call those idiots

A C**t starter is the person who puts the imprinted foundation on a horse, that will set this horse up for his future, abilities, and way of thinking….
I read a comment the other day from someone who said “ I would have liked to have had this horse as an unstarted two year old”

That hit close to home, I cannot count how many times I have said this about a horse that has come through our program!

I understand how expensive life has become, but the cheap route is typically never the best route!

Do your homework on your C**t starters and trainers! And invest in your horses! They deserve a fair chance!
